Possibility Couple Coaching

In our Couples Coaching sessions, the four of us meet online or in person.

You bring what is alive: an intention, a situation, an emotion, or an impulse. From there, we embark on a journey of discovery — into the deeper layers of what has arisen between you.

Possibility Coaching is not therapy. It is a space for your evolution. This means that your responsibility and clarity are essential.

During the session, we open doors to transformation and healing. You decide whether you want to step through them. Through distinctions, questions, invitations, practices, and experiments, we hold space for you to:

• learn to navigate your heart consciously (anger, sadness, fear and joy)
• use the immeasurable force of your emotions to create change instead of dis-ease.
• reconnect with your impulses and body wisdom
• engage in authentic and intimate contact with your partner
• uncover unspoken resentments and unprocessed emotions
• transform old wounds into new decisions and conscious actions
• clarify the deeper purpose of being together
• align with what your soul truly longs to live and experience in this relationship

Each session not only works on the level of the couple but also activates individual healing processes, which we offer to hold space for in 1:1 sessions.

We draw from a wide field of sources, experience and practices — Possibility Management, Tamera Healing Biotope, the teachings of David Deida, Diana Richardson, Barry Long, as well as shamanic Mexican traditions, the magican school from José Luis Parise and the embodied wisdom of Amira Gorski and Ilan Stephani.

All of these streams meet in our work to open a space where love, sexuality, intimacy, and personal transformation become pathways for mutual evolution.
